I really WANT to losse weight. Its not going out of my head until I´ve reached my target weight. Nobody can force to do anything.

Well, I´ve lost a bit of weigh, but because I think I´m still way to fat, I started to count calories again. I hope I wont get above 500 per day, including refeeds every week.
